Faculty & Staff
The Canadian School of Milan is proud of its highly qualified and experienced teaching faculty, which brings a wealth of international expertise to the classroom. Teachers are supported by a dedicated team of Teaching Assistants in the Early Years and Primary School, helping to ensure personalised learning and student success.
The majority of teachers hold Canadian, British, or American qualifications and have extensive experience in both domestic and international school settings. In addition to classroom teachers, the school benefits from a team of specialist educators in areas such as music, art, physical education, drama, and languages, enriching the curriculum across all grade levels.
CSM is committed to supporting the diverse learning needs of its students. Special Educational Needs (SEN) support is available across both campuses, ensuring that every student has access to the tools and strategies they need to thrive. The school also employs a qualified psychologist, who provides guidance and wellbeing support as part of a whole-child approach to education.
Language teachers at CSM reflect the school’s diverse and multilingual community, with many teaching across more than one language. Music education is also a key component of the curriculum: in addition to classroom music instruction, a team of specialist instrumental instructors offers individual and small-group lessons in a wide range of instruments, including voice.
A committed team of administrative and operational staff supports the daily functioning of the school, working closely with leadership to ensure a smooth and enriching experience for students and families alike.
